This year will mark 75 years since the the European element of World War 2 came to an end, this article is from January 1945 and was a regular feature in the Spalding Guardian. What caught my eye was the situation in regards to the Hallam family which no doubt was echoed in many other families across the nation in both this conflict and The Great War. Lest We Forget.
