* Benjamin Smith of Horbling in the same County, Gentleman
Contents relate to the Lease of a Messuage or Tenement and Bakehouse with yard and buildings adjoining in Donington abutting on the Town Street towards the North
Includes a Windmill in Donington with implements, gears, tools and utensils, mill ground and sail, abutting East on land used as a road or way from Tudnam Lane to the Town
Also includes a Close of land in Kirton in the County of Lincoln in a place called the Mears or the Old Field containing 6 acres abutting on Sutterton Drain to the West, and 2 pieces of land in Kirton abutting on the Union Weir Drain to the West
Also includes a 12 acre Close of land in Swineshead in the County of Lincoln in a place called Langmore abutting upon the common and a highway
