A photo of some early cars parked on the roadside at Gedney Dawsmere. The first car is owned by Mr A. E. Holbourn of Gedney Marsh Farm. The second is owned by Mr J. Ward ( farmer ) of Waldersea House, Friday Bridge, Wisbech. The picture is thought to have been taken at Dawsmere Church.
Names of identified individuals : Chauffeur is John Hedqvist, Arthur Holbourn is second left and his daughter Dora is seated in the car. The driver of the second car is James Ward accompanied by his wife Elizabeth ( nee Holbourn )
