Such a character, so glad he is on film for future wildfowlers or any one interested in field sports. A pure delight to watch. His book is a must to read.

Use to spend childhood summers with him and my nan
I was invited to go shooting with Pop but me and my brother didn’t want to miss our first day at secondary school in the East end of Glasgow not a good idea. He died shortly after. Always regret not taking up the offer.
Hello mate.
I’m Kenzie’s great-grandson. My grandfather was Raymond. I don’t know any of the extended family in Lincolnshire, Ray settled in Middlesbrough after the war so his decendants are up that way.
Would love to have a chat over here or another platform to get to know some of my family’s roots.
All the best.
Hi, Iām Sid wright grandson, grandad use to shot with him and tell me many stories of kenzie, I was very lucky to met Barbara Thorpe , and Wendy both in the USA . Also lucky to meet ciss when Barbara visited over , I remember grandad talking about his boat house, and showing grandad the toilet, he said, itās the only self flushing toilet on this marsh , one day while grandad was there , a rat popped out of the toilet, kenzie grabbed his shotgun stuck it down the toilet and let a barrel off, grandad said there was salt marsh and s##t everywhere. Grandad said Kenzie use too use kitchen towel as decoys on a moon light flight with patch work clouds so you can see the geese ,the pinks were looking out for the whites of there tails a feeding landing ground to fool the birds, kenzie put them out in a V shaped pattern for them to come in about 35 yards from where he was in the creek or inland dyke. Then get a shot at them.
A wonderful anecdote, thanks.
