  1. Really interesting in all the history. Sad to think it has all gone. Just one thing. The photo attributed to Boulton signal box looks wrongly labelled to me. Only one track.

  2. The “That’s Yer Lot” posters was done myself John Barker, who was shunter at Sutton Bridge Station until closure on the 28th February 1959.

  3. The last day photo taken at the western end of the platform actually dates from about 1907! Clearly the uniforms are Victorian/Edwardian in style.
