Fine for drunkenness in 1826

Found this today on eBay it comes from a collection of Wine and Spirits Edicts for sale. it refers to a Gosberton man called David Crosby. He was fined £50 for drunkenness and trying to walk on the crown of his head.  (a lot of money in 1826). However the officials are a little questionable Sir Thirsty Tipler, Sir Mathew Malt and Sir Timothy Bungs.
