Edit.. Another photo of the water pump. dont think its Reform st . looking at the second photo more like the end of North St or West street. ?
Eileen King comment- Don’t know if this is relevant but my Dad was born in 1928 and he remembered when they first got a stand pipe for water
Before that they just relied on rainwater. This was in the shared yards at the back of the terrace in Peterborough Road. No 15 was where he lived.
