Coaches queued in New Rd for Flower Parade Tour

Comment from John Decamp – The actual Tulip Parade was first held in 1959 but buses did tour all the fields from about 1949 the first Tulip Queen being crowned in 1950 and toured the 51 mile route round the fields on the back of a decorated lorry for 3 consecutive Sundays at the end of April early May.
