I would suggest between 1900 and 1935.
Telegraph poles were not set up in the villages until very late 1890’s/early 1900’s.
The stocks were moved to the green in front of the Bull in 1934 (I believe), certainly around that time.
So looking just at those two parts of the picture I deduce the above years.
Don’t put me in the stocks if I’m wrong.
