Bell end was a grasstrack/speedway track situated at Whaplode St Catherine. There were several full speedway meetings at Bell End on Sundays. Just after the war, the Tulips as they were known, raced under open licence. They began as an open race team in 1936. They continued to race as an open team until the outbreak of the War, but resumed in 1945 and continued to race until 1947.
