The Reredros (Altar Screen) was erected in the early 18th century, and is believed to be from the ‘Flemish region’ of the Low Countries. It has typical centre piece directly in line with the High Altar, bearing an image of a flagon in the centre ( representative of the concentrated wine) on the left are sheaves of wheat and a loaf of bread, whilst on the right is depicted the chalice and grape vines with fruit.
