A clipping found in Geoff’s Dodd archive (Lincoln Free Press?). The house was called Halmer Grange in Stonegate and was reputed to be one of the oldest houses in Spalding and was said to be the lodging house when the Spalding Parish Church was being built.
Can anybody tell us more?
