The corner of High Street & Church Street.
In High Street the shop and the warehouse in Church Street was owned by Wherry & Sons who were a animal feed and seed merchants who eventually moved to new premises. When lorries were being loaded and unloaded they caused a problem and these buildings were demolished to make the Church Street wider and these present new flats built. In the conservation area of the town they were built to reflect the design of the original warehouse.
