Ian’s a little girl born and bred in Gosberton in late 50′ and the 60’s.
I attended Gosberton Primary school when Mr James was the Headmaster.
I would catch the bus to take me home on the Boston Road and if it was raining, snowing etc, the ‘cobbler’ would let us stand in his warm shop until the bus came.
The smell of leather was divine .
