1897 DIAMOND JUBILEE?

This photo (courtesy of Chris Clark) is annotated ‘1897 Diamond Jubilee?’ Suggesting it depicts celebrations in Gosberton to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Queen Victoria’s reign. I’m not so sure. The big sign stating ‘God Bless All Our Sunday Schools’ doesn’t seem appropriate. Plus, where are the flags and banners?
